We inspect the frames and padding, confirm the fabric specification with you, and set out in writing which pieces are included, how they will be handled and when. Booth seats and backs are often removed, upholstered in the studio and refitted; loose chairs and stools can be handled in batches. With more than 10 upholstery professionals in the studio, we can plan larger quantities without stopping your service.
Phased refreshes around your hours
For a busy restaurant we scope the work in phases, so seating is updated in batches around your service schedule and the access you can give us: a row of booths at a time, or the chairs from one section while the rest stay in use. Commercial fabrics and vinyls are chosen for cleanability and wear as well as color, and we talk through the specification before you decide.
