What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: your name, how you would like us to contact you, your phone number or email address, your city or ZIP code, the service you need, your project description and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote and contact you about your project. We do not sell it.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored privately. We do not publish them on this website without your permission.

Storage and retention

Quote requests and photos are stored in a private storage bucket on Cloudflare. The notification email to the studio is delivered through Resend. Quotes are valid for 30 days because material costs change, so we keep your request and photos for 30 days after we send your quote and then delete them. If the work goes ahead, we keep the project details for the job.

You can ask us to delete your request and photos sooner at any time by calling or emailing the studio.

Website tools

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this website and how they find us, so we can keep improving the experience and the way we share our work. These Google tools set cookies and process visit data under Google's privacy policy. They set no cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer or the button below. The details you enter in a quote request are not sent to analytics tools. The site also keeps a little information in your browser that cannot be turned off and is not used to track you: a cookie that remembers your cookie choices, a browser setting that remembers if you closed the suggestion to read the site in Spanish, and, right after you send a quote request, a cookie that lasts a few minutes so the site can confirm that your request went through.
